Annual Student Information Update


    The technical issues with Aeries Parent Portal continue to occur which means families are experiencing timeout errors and long wait times when saving information. We are also unable to create new Aeries Parent Portal accounts for families who did not receive an email from Due to this, we have closed the Annual Student Information Update (ASIU) while we collaborate with Aeries to find a solution.

    We anticipate relaunching the ASIU on August 9, 2021, and will send out a districtwide communication with more information around that time. The due date for the ASIU will be extended; Students will be able to start on the first day of school without completing the ASIU. Families will need to complete the ASIU by the deadline provided in the relaunch districtwide communication. 

    What if I need to change information in the meantime?

    • If you need to update any contact information before the relaunch of the ASIU, please contact the Enrollment Center at or 408-423-3596. 
    • If you have moved and need to update your address, please complete the Change of Residency Packet


    All students currently enrolled in preschool through 12th grade or in our post-secondary program will need to complete the Annual Student Information Update (ASIU) through the Aeries Parent Portal. The annual student information update allows families to update parent/guardian contact information, emergency contacts, student health information, and electronically sign yearly consent forms. 

    The proof of residency requirement for students enrolled in grades 3, 6, and 9 will take place in the fall and notices will be sent to:

    • 3rd Grade in September 2021
    • 6th Grade in October 2021
    • 9th Grade in November 2021.

    Step 2

    Set-Up Your Family Account

    On July 19, 2021, the primary parent/guardian contact listed in our student information system will receive a call, email, and text message from with information about how to complete the ASIU. If you do not receive one or more of these communications, please visit the district’s Aeries Parent Portal webpage for instructions on how to complete the ASIU.

    Complete and Submit Annual Student Information Update 

    Families who need assistance completing enrollment may schedule an appointment by contacting the Enrollment Center at (408) 423-3596,, or using our Google Appointment CalendarStaff will be assisting families by phone.

    Enrollment Center Reviews Your Annual Student Information Update 

    If information or documentation is missing, the Enrollment Center will contact the primary parent/guardian listed on the contact information provided.
